Mr. Alberson has an extensive background in management of large Construction projects. The finance, budgeting and work flow of the projects became his focus in 2000- 2003. He owned and operated a number of Entities including Construction, Real Estate Investment, and Commercial/Residential Finance Firms. He arranged, structured, and oversaw, numerous investment projects in the US. Mr. Alberson founded World Funding Source LLC in 2008 to assist with projects which he felt would benefit the greater good.

This allows rapid response to any site in the world with low possibility of monitoring interruption.

Sylvain Desrosiers, CEO and President....
Mr. Desrosiers is a Canadian Entrepreneur, residing in the United States since 1997. He has specialized in the Electronic Security Industry since 1994. Mr. Desrosiers Founded Imaging Systems Technologies, which specialized in the positive Identification via Digital Technologies, and sold the Intellectual Property to NBS in 1996. In 1997, Mr. Desrosiers Co-Founded AXS Technologies, and sold the Intellectual Property in 2002 to Integral Technologies. Mr. Desrosiers founded Alco Advanced Technologies, Inc. in 1998 and was CEO and President until June 2010. Mr. Desrosiers Founded PSS which is believed to be the most exciting venture to date.
Louis Crowder,
Vice-President International Business Development
C. Louis Crowder has over 35 years of business and legal experience in Latin America and the U.S. His far ranging interests and experiences encompass the following areas; in the last decade, he has served as Director of South American operations for a consulting firm, managed a commodities trading company with offices in Argentina, Bolivia, and Brazil. Mr. Crowder recently sold his interest in an integrated group of alternative fuel companies which consisted of; manufacturing biodiesel refineries, growing feedstock, producing fuel, and distributing under license with Petrobras in Brazil. During the 1990s, Mr. Crowder owned and managed several operations focused on forestry projects and natural resources in South America. He acquired over 3.5 million acres of forest lands, managed 16 saw mills, 3 manufacturing plants and over 2,000 employees for operations in Bolivia and Chile. He acquired over 1 million acres in Tierra del Fuego in both Argentina and Chile. Mr. Crowder served as Director and Vice President on the Bolivian National Forestry Association and Chilean National Forestry Association. During the 1980s, Mr. Crowder was President of a commodity trading company and owned numerous Entities involved in Real Estate Acquisition and Development. He also taught Graduate Seminars on Latin American law and business as a Visiting Professor at the Thunderbird School of International Management in Phoenix, AZ. During the 1970s, Mr. Crowder represented over 20 Native American Tribes, was General Counsel to the Navajo Nation with 160,000 members and established the Council of Energy Resource Tribes (CERT). He also supervised the construction and managed the Indian Casino on the Lummi Nation in the state of Washington for one year. In 1969 to 1972, he opened and managed the International Department at the Law Firm of O'Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth, & Beshears, in Phoenix, Arizona. He also led investment missions to Central America and Mexico. In Panama he formed and managed a Cummins diesel distributorship that was sold to a NYSE Company and authored the 30 year trust Law in Mexico, allowing direct Foreign Investments in Mexican beaches. He left the Law Firm to work directly with the Howard Hughes Group and former executives. He also lived in Mexico City where he worked with Carlos Slim Helu on Land Acquisition and Development during the 1970's. He worked for the U.S. Dept. of State in South America as a Capital Development Officer and a Foreign Service Reserve Officer. Mr. Crowder received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Arizona. He is a U.S. citizen and is fluent in English and Spanish.
